- New York: VDER (Value of Distributed Energy Resources) stack, which for residential is approximately retail 1:1.
- New Jersey: Full Retail NEM + SREC-II market.
- Massachusetts: Full Retail NEM + SMART program subsidy.
- Connecticut: Buy-All / Sell-All option or conventional NEM.
- Maryland: Full Retail NEM + SREC market.
- Pennsylvania: Full Retail NEM.
- Colorado, New Mexico, Vermont, Rhode Island: still essentially 1:1 NEM.
